Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Authorization required

Contact us at [email protected] before returning any products to obtain a Return Reference Number. Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom-manufactured and made-to-order products are not eligible for standard returns, unless they are defective, damaged, or do not conform to the agreed specifications.

Return shipping costs

We do not charge a fee for accepting eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning standard products.

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Mykin will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an appropriate resolution.

Restocking fees

No restocking fees apply to authorized returns, for either standard or custom products.

How to return an item

1. Email [email protected] to request a Return Reference Number before shipping anything back.

3. Clearly include your Return Reference Number with the shipment so we can identify and process it.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
