The Mykin High Performance MH2 spring energized rod seal and/or piston seal has a large, rounded lip for increased contact area and lower surface contact pressure as compared to the MH1 seal. The PTFE or teflon lip design of the MH2 also facilitates the sealed media to provide additional lubrication and cooling to the sealing surface on your seal groove. The rotary lip seal profile that makes this rod seal and/or piston seal is ideal for your high surface speed, low wear, and high pressure shaft seal hydraulic or pneumatic applications.
